Numbers are fun, besides being cool like bow ties are cool.  Number patterns show up all around us, just like God does.

The odometer on your car regularly shows a palindrome; how often depends on the number of digits displayed. Dates have numerical representations – who doesn’t like PI Day (3/14 = March 14 ~ 3.14 ~ PI)?   You can tip exactly 15% or 20%, or you can tip an amount that makes the dollars and the cents equal (e.g. $37.37).  Prime numbers are especially indivisible.  The Fibonacci sequence shows up in nature’s loveliness.
